  Not a great experience. I'm happy with my decision to leave Verizon AND save money! Be aware that this is not a corporate store. This creates confusion of accountability as they may not be held to the same standards and that Verizon themselves will not be responsible (help you) for their mistakes. I had MANY issues with Verizon. One being many false charges on my account. I was billed repeatedly for NFL Mobile, though I had never signed up for it or used it. Even after resolution through the store, it would happen again on my next bill. Another issue I had multiple times was that the data I was being billed for did not match the data shown right on Verizon's website. Actually, while this was happening if you added the data from the two phones that I had on my plan, it was significantly less than the amount I was billed. I incurred roaming charges while in Florida on vacation, despite being on an international plan. I had used Verizon for YEARS before this happened and I was appalled at the lack of customer care, even at the corporate level.
